  • 1.  Aruba 7005 Controller management exposed externally

    Good Morning all, 

     

    There has been some misconfiguration on our 7005 controller and the  management interface is exposed externally to the world. 

     

    Whilst I am digging through documentation on how to disable this I thought I would post on here (for the first time) and see if the community can help me before I find the answer.

    Do you have a firewall that sits between your controller and the outside world as well?

    Thanks for the reply, I will give it a go and let you know how I get on. 

     

    To answer your other question, yes we have a firewall in place. I am thinking I can put an explicit deny in to deny anything externally to the mgmt interface.
