From the image on https://www.arubanetworks.com/products/wireless/access-points/indoor-access-points/503-series/ I can see the mounting for the AP 503 is the same as for the AP 1xx/2xx/3xx series:
The AP seems to come with the AP-220-MNT-C1 ceiling rail mount kit. For flat surface mounting, one of the optional mount kits as listed in the ordering guide should be ordered. Note that there is a 10-pack available for the AP-503 that reduces packing material, makes the unpacking easier (less boxes to open) and comes with a free console cable.
Note that the AP 503 is designed to be ceiling mounted. If you mount it vertically on a wall, the antenna diagram is likely to be suboptimal. Your Aruba partner can probably advise you for the best deployment of the Aruba APs.

Subject: Aruba Access Point-503: mounting bracket?
Hello,
according to the AP-503 datasheet the access point is shipped with a mounting bracket. Unfortunately I cannot find any more information about it. How does it look like? Can I attach the AP-503 securely to a wall with it? Unfortunately I cannot find more information about it within the Aruba Documentation Portal.
Best Regards
