Hi all,

We have a customer with AirWave, they have about 2,500 licenses but they are only using about 500. Their support renewal is due and it is a lot of money to support 2,500 licenses. Is it possibly to relicense the system only 500 licenses to bring the support cost down or would get have to buy a new set of 500 licenses?

This depends on the license. If it is a single license of 2500 device than it is not possible. I would suggest to discuss this with your SE and the renewal team.
