I'm afraid such a link doesn't exist...competitive comparisons can be found probably for specific models (Switch A of Vendor X compared with Switch B of Vendor Y), difficult to find a comparison between Switch Series (it's not impossible but usually those comparisons are done for internal use).
It easier for you to concentrate to a specific Switch series (or, better, model) and then perform a like-for-like comparison of Hardware and Software features and options against another comparable Switch series/model of a different vendor.
