    Trying to configure Aruba AP-515 (rw) Unified AP . SSID not broadcasting on this . Tried reset and all no luck. Even setme up wireless not coming up

    ok one possible cause could be that the AP is not getting enough PoE and hence it is disabling radios.
    are you powering it up from a 802.3at source?
    you can can console into it and check it out.
