I am not aware of any public-facing, but if you do a "show ap database long" on your MM it will show all the mac addresses of your APS.. Mac addresses can also be spoofed, so there is that.
Aruba APs also support wired 802.1x authentication.

Subject: Aruba AP MAC Address list
We are using dynamic port configuration on all of switches. This allows us to ensure that when an AP is plugged in that it is connected to the appropriate VLAN for configuration and management. The only reliable way I have determined to do this is off of the MAC that is presented when the port state changes to "UP." Obviously this means I need to know if the first 6 bytes of address is one of those in an Aruba AP.
Does Aruba have an official, public list of all currently assigned MAC manufacturer ranges?
