Dear All,

I have successfully integrated Aruba Central with Azure AD for user authentication. When trying to authenticate the SSID with Azure AD username and passwords receiving below error.

"can't connect because the sign-in requirements for your device and the network aren't compatible"

With using Aruba Onboarding app the authentication can be done successfully. But are there any workaround for using only SSID to authenticate using AD UN & PW without using Aruba Onboarding app ?

Hi, It's my understanding that you can't use AD UN and PW since Azure AD expects t o authenticate using certificates and that's what the Aruba Onboarding app helps you with.
