    Hi all, 

    I have an ArubaOS switch (3810, 2930s') and none of them are showing the hostname of the VoIP phones, only macs.  The PC's are not having this issue.  The switch does shows the hostnames using lldp info remote but I don't know how to pass this information to Aruba central so it displays the hostnames under Clients.  

    I have tweaked "device identifier" under "Device Profiles"  with no success.  

    Is there a knob I need to turn on in order to see this info?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I get the same issue with those AOS-S switches. perhaps it is best to open a TAC case and get an official answer.
