Did you check Central NAC under Configuration / Authorization Policies and create new policy with MAC Address Store?

Looks like you will need to use Central NAC for this.

it is pretty simple with CNAC, the MAC address repository is under Central NAC >> Configuration >>Identity mgmt

where you can add your MAC address or bulk import them.  Then you need to configure auth profile, here you can sue allow all MAC address as well.

You then need to configure authz profile for it and finally reference CNAC as the auth source in your WLAN config.

note, to be able to use CNAC,  the AP/switch configuration needs to be done in New Central.
