Aruba controller upgrade procedure

  • 1.  Aruba controller upgrade procedure

    Hi All,

     

    I'm Tasked to upgrade a set of Aruba controllers,

     

    1 Master controller , 1 backup controller and 8 Local controllers.

    10xAruba7220

     

    Please advise how to proceed the upgrade with the local first or master or sec.

    and also please advise which is suitable new AOS for Aruba7220.

    Upgrade the master/backup first.  Reboot and wait for them to come back up, then upgrade locals & reboot.

     

    If you're looking for bug fixes, get the latest minor version you're on.  For example, 6.4.2.1 to 6.4.2.15.  If you want new features, you can upgrade to 6.4.X.X.
