    Could someone please point me in the direction of a download link to firmware 6.1.3.1-3.0.0.1_33617 for IAP-105 access point?

    That is from 2012.  Are you sure that is what you want?

    You should not use this firmware as stability and security issues has been dramatically improved in newer releases. Click on the link if you are really sure and want to get that firmware (valid software subscription is required).

     

    For IAP-105, I would take the 6.4.4.8-4.2.4.9 release (https://support.arubanetworks.com/DownloadSoftware/tabid/75/DMXModule/510/Default.aspx?EntryId=26917); or here if you don't have an active support contract.
