Hi, you need to discover the offending ports. Is there any physical loop in your network? a loop (or more loops) will cause network storm(s) if the STP (Spanning Tree) was not configured properly to kick in at the right time against the offending loops to protect your network.
Please properly check your network, each connection and report back.
