Controllerless Networks

Hello  all,

Can anyone point me in the direction to see where I might find documentation on if there is a limitation where channels have to be statically set to be able to have these outdoor APs set to max power? I have a deployment where the outdoor APs need to bet set to max power, but the channels are being statically set. ARM is enabled on the cluster.  Another vendor is telling me that is the limitation.
