Hi,

Is the Aruba On Prem solution, Central on Prem server or AirWave? Generally, the data over longer period of times averages out in the graph, but should show the values appropriately in the report data. What reports is that and can you provide output of both the reports (1 week and 2 week report)?

I am using Aruba On Prem, I am looking to obtain the total data sent and received each month, the devices have only been in for 18 days up to now. However if i pull an Infrastructure / Network report for the last 7 days for all groups i get 200gb of data, but if i then run a report over a custom range over 2 weeks i get 2gb of data. I would expect to see at least the 7 day 200gb and then a bit more.

Any suggestions, is this a limitation on the data, my worry is when the monthly report is run for the last calendar month it will not give the data that i need.
