    Hi, 
    Just an hour ago VPN users face a problem with the code below. 

    I tried this solution, but it didn't help to to solve the issue.

    VIA version is now upto 4.x. you need to bring it up to that version
    if you are still facing this issue, it is better to contact our support services

    Thank you for your reply.
    Changing the VIA server certificate from default to aruba_default solved the issue.

    thats great, but remember to upgrade to the later version of VIA  as 2.x is very old and perhaps not supported
