I see there is a qos command to rate limit broadcasts in Arubacx.  But the documentation is not clear if 1) there is some sort of notification (logging) if rate limiting is happening and 2) is there a show command to see how much rate limiting is occurring?

there are rate-limit commands that you can use under interface

int 1/1/10
 rate-limit broadcast 170 pps

you can use "sh int 1/1/10 qos" to check it
