I don't think you can disable the account, as it's needed for recovery if TAC needs so on your behalf. If you generate a new support key, earlier access is closed; or after 24h access is closed as well automatically.

Subject: ArubaSupport Account
Hello, in the CPPM Hardening Guide, it appears that it's recommended to deactivate/disable the ArubaSupport account, given it's available otherwise after a debugging session. Is this still a recommendation? If so, how would one go about disabling the account?
Thank you for your help!
