    do you have microsoft xp sound recorder, ?

    go to the Accessories/Entertainment, Sound recorder.

    Try inputting your file there, then you can save it

    to one of the correct formats.

    it already records the file in the three formats in utileria of sound to recorder, with different it names the file and when I put the route to him of the file and later to concern mark

    Are you trying to change a wav file to input into the Auto Attendant ? ? Not sure what you are trying to do ....

    marlin what I want is to put a file of greeting in my commutator nbx v3000, but does not allow it to me says to me, the NBX system was not able to use the file you specified when already I proved the three formats and no allows some advice it
