  • 1.  Automatic transfer of backup no longer in Airwave 8.2.12

    Hi all,

    My organisation is migrating from Airwave 8.2.9.1 to 8.2.12.1. There are a few teething problems but one thing that we've found is a missing menu option in the AMP CLI to configure the automatic transfer of the backups.

    This used to be under option 4 (Backups), and be option 2.

    However, in the new version, we only see the option for backup and restore. Since root access is blocked once you get AMP configured is there no way to transfer the backup to an external server as just in case?

    Use this menu navigation:
    2 Backups
    1 Backup
    2 Configure Automatic Transfer
    1 Set Destination
    Follow the instructions in the wizard.

    I never looked further as I thought that option would start a backup rather than providing further options.

    Now all setup.
