Hi Gary,
Few questions:
- Did you configure eth0 (default) with the management IP address?
- Do you have iDRAC configured?
During upgrade to CentOS 7, Dell appliances have their ports remapped (behavior observed by TAC) so eth0 is now pointing to physical port 3 (physical ports are labeled 1-4, and eth0 was usually mapped to physical 1). During initial configuration, you could confirm which port is mapped to eth0 (or whatever logical port you configured when doing the initial configuration) as the MAC address is displayed at that time, and then compare what is shown in iDRAC GUI.

Subject: AWMS 8.2.12.1 installation issues with networking
Hi All!
I am trying to upgrade from 8.2.9.1 (CentOS 6.9) to 8.2.10.1 (CentOS 7). The upgrade appears successful but the network does not function. It lets me configure the IP settings but it can't ping out and I can't ping it. I still have a Dell Server.
Has anyone seen that?
