Cloud Managed Networks

Hi,

I have added some licenses to AWMS and my total license count never went up.  On the license page it show that they are there...but the total hasn't changed.

What am I missing?

That should be it, no additional action is needed. What licenses did you add, how many licenses do you have already? Have you tried restarting the AMP Services?

This looks to be an Alcatel Lucent appliance, so i'm not sure if the license differs. How many devices do you have managed in AirWave 1200? As your Max Device Count is correct.

Restarted the service no help.
