Wireless Access

I'm trying to limit users of an SSID to 20megs down and up. Using the throttling in the user role, I'm setting up the limit at 20 down and up per user.

When an onsite user tests the connection(using speedtest unfortunately), they are only getting around 5 megs down and 1-2 up. If I remove the setting, the user immediately gets 100 down and 80 up standing in the same spot. 

Is there something I'm missing or anything else that needs to be changed?

7240s on a 10G link running 6.5.4.9.

Make sure that you configured the bandwidth contract for "Per User" instead of "Per Role"

Bah. Could have swore I set that to user but it was on role. thanks!
