    Is the a way to review/list all "specific" Interface Up/Down Alarm Filter previously configured ?

    Yes.  In the upper right search box (below the about and logout links) you should see 3 down arrows next to the search box.  Click those to open the advanced query--> Hit the radio button to "Querry Interfaces" and chose the desired option for the "Interface Up/Down alarm filter" field.
