I installed IAP 225s in my school. I am trying to manually blacklist some devices but after I add them to the Blacklist they do not get kicked off of the network. Is there another step that I am missing? Thanks!
You need to kick them off manually, first. You also need to enable blacklisting on the SSID. Also make sure you are running 4.1.1.8 or newer to make sure everything is working correctly.
Aha, I did not have blacklisting enabled!! That seemed to fix the issue. Thank you!
