Blank Skin?

    Hi there,

     

    I would like to create a 100% custom portal, using "Bootstrap" or the "Clarity framework".

    For that, I need to load CSS and Javascript for those frameworks, and also change the layout itself of the page.

    Is the blank screen a solution for this? How can I use it? I can't see any settings under the plugin page for it.
