Hi, everyone. We have a call records server that pulls the details from several branch VCX. Before we set this up we could use the vcx call reports software to pull off details of acd groups and their members calls. Now when the call record server pulls the details off the local servers it deletes the local data. Is there any way we can get the call records server to leave the data locally so we can still use the call report software?
