Wireless Access

I have installed a new AirWave server with a new IP address and when I try and change the IP address the field is grayed out. I was thinking it might be something that is inherited but when I check one level above (Managed Network) Airwave is disabled so I have no way of changing the IP address. It is the same on both the controllers and Conductors. Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

Hi Johan, mine's the same, but that's because I have three clusters and three AW servers, so the AW server is set under the Airwave tab you're looking at there.
It looks like you only have a couple of controllers, and they're managed exclusively from the Managed Network level, so on that same page, go over to the More tab, select the System config, drop down to the General config and look at MON Receivers - you should be able to change your Airwave there. as the default-amp
