Cannot define client-limit in port-access on Procurve 2510-24 J9019A

    Hello

    Have problem in Switch Procurve 2510-24 J9019A , on which i am unable to define

    aaa port-access authenticator <port number> client-limit 1.

     

    But can successfully run the same command on J9019B.

     

    Unfortunately I have J9019A switches and have to define client limit.

    How can I define please helpp, any alternate way.

    Hi

     when i type:

     

    conf

    aaa port-access authenticator 5 client-limit 1

     

    it says: Port 5 is not an authenticator.

     

    its a new switch, only added basic config, since i have it in my testing envoirment..

     

    so as i see it, you should be able to run the command as long as you get your port to be an authenticator ?

    does you get same error / message ?
