Cannot ping 2.4 GHz clients from 5 GHz network

    Hi everyone,

    I have set up an Aruba wifi network consisting of 9 AP 12's operating on software version 2.8.0. I have a wireless network that has both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bandwidths enabled.

    Only the printer connects to the 2.4 GHz network and all other clients are on the 5 GHz network. When the network was first set up a month ago, everything was running smoothly. However, as of last week, none of the 5 GHz clients (consisting of Lenovo PC's and iphones) are able to connect to or ping the printer on the 2.4 GHz network. All 5GHz clients are able to ping each other. The issue was briefly resolved when I downloaded 2.8.0 yesterday and restarted all the aps. However, at the end of the day, the same issue remained and I cannot resolve it.

    Please let me know how I can resolve the issue.
