So it was not a SSL Issue, but rather a RADIUS Issue.
Great that you got it fixed.

Already tried other browsers, and can't SSH. I rebooted my NPS server, and now I'm able to login via RADIUS again.

Download an old Browser (Old Chrome or Safari). Then you can login and change the certificates.
I had a similar issue and it worked for me.

I'm not able to connect to the switches via Putty or the web UI (443) today. I was able to 2 days ago.
Looking at Wireshark for clues, I noticed this while trying to connect to 10.0.0.6 (Aruba switch).

I also see this on the event log on my NPS server. So is it a certificate issue or NPS? No changes were made to NPS.

Usually I login to switch via RADIUS / Duo. Now the only way I can login is if I disable the Duo service, and login as manager. Then I checked the self-signed cert on the switch, and its not expired
