Cant open CLI in EVE-NG Lab

    Hi Team,

    I've set up an EVE-NG lab using VMware Workstation Pro and deployed the ArubaOS-CX 10.15 image, following the EVE-CE-BOOK-6.3-2024.pdf and the Aruba CX switch setup guide (https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/documentation/howtos/howto-add-aruba-cx-switch/).

    Despite completing the setup, I'm unable to start the switch or access the CLI. The switch node briefly turns green and then shuts off. I've deleted and recreated the VM multiple times, but the issue persists. I also tried changing the QEMU version based on a forum post, but no luck so far.

    Could someone please assist me in resolving this?

    Finally resolved. 

    Solution:  Enable Nested Virtualization in VMware Workstation Pro

    • Go to VM Settings > Processors.

    • Check "Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI".

    • Apply and restart the VM.
