    I am configuring Guest SSID using Splash Page with Cloud Auth IdP Google Workspace.
    I have set Timeout to 30 days but my user is still being re-authenticated.
    Mac Caching is disabled by default.

    Users can only use 1 SSID.
    Do not access between SSIDs as this may cause session loss.

    If you have disabled mac caching; it's expected that users need to reauthenticate. MAC caching is developed to avoid that, however some devices these days rotate/change their MAC address (MAC privacy/aononymization), which breaks even MAC caching.

    You may start by enabling MAC Caching.
