Hi,

Just setup the Guest network with instant WPA3-OWE and got some issue where some Android devices not showing captive portal to login.

How can i troubleshoot, cause the issue seem to appear randomly on several devices (Xiaomi, Oppo) but not with Apple devices and some Samsung.

I've using valid certificate - Let's Encrypt & Comodo, but still portal not showing. Do i've to set the gateway of client to the VC IP or core switch like ussual ?

Do you use clearpass guest? Did you enable apple CNA on the guest portal?

What happens on the phones when you browse to a website using the phone's browser, while being in the pre-logon role?

no clearpass, i just use instant built guest portal. when client tried to browse certificate error occured - but i've upload valid certificate (Comodo) to captive portal, using apple devices portal is no problem either with certificate.
