Anyone else having trouble renewing carepacks with HPE Aruba. 

No matter what reseller I attempt to renewal a carepack for wireless controllers or any carepack HPE is not getting back to the reseller?

Seems to be a long standing issue on the HPE Aruba side. Any suggestions?

I'm not aware of such issues, renewals should be quick and efficient. Do you have an Aruba contact in your country? If so, it may help to reach out as people may not be aware of issues.
