  • 1.  Central Alerts & Events - Email Notification for Guest Visitor Accounts

    We are trying to setup notifications for new visitor account registrations/creations. It appears that we can only get notifications for Central related accounts. Is this an option?

    No I do not think that is an option currently. At account creation a user can be notified via email with their credentials, but no trigger to e-mail/alert administrators each time a visitor account is created.

    Email notifications are sent on state transitions i.e. when an alert is activated or when an alert is resolved,
