Is there anyway in Central to create a backup for UI group and restore to this backup later?

A lot of customer are asking to create something like checkpoint before any deployment and then go back to this checkpoint later if needed.

Is there any way to have this backup downloaded from Central to local device and then upload it later as a ready configuration?

I don't think you can do  a UI group  backup. however you can clone a group along with its configurations.
