I think if you want to use the client tags in your authz policies you require CNAC Pro lic.

Subject: Central NAC - Intune Extension breaking
Hi team,
We're using Central NAC with Intune extension. It appears to be very unstable and client tags aren't being populated so all our authorization policies are failing.
Is there any mechanism to figure out why this is happening?
Central NAC feels very limited in the rule conditions available to make useful authorization policies.
