  • 1.  Central pushing unwanted interface configuration

    Posted Jul 19, 2023 07:49 AM
Hello, I have recently noticed when changing multiple port configurations from default to a trunk Native xx Allowed all it adds additional configuration.  This is on a 6100 with very little configuration being pushed from the group. No spanning tree or 802.1x.
    Any ideas?
    ///what I want ///
    interface 1/1/48
    no shutdown
    vlan trunk native 320
    vlan trunk allowed all
///// What is also added ////
    spanning-tree port-priority 8
    spanning-tree port-type admin-network
    aaa authentication port-access client-limit 1
    aaa authentication port-access dot1x authenticator
    cached-reauth-period 30
    quiet-period 60
    reauth-period 3600
    aaa authentication port-access mac-auth
    cached-reauth-period 30
    quiet-period 60
    reauth-period 3600
