Hello,
Do something else faster before opening a case to the TAC. Create another group in Central, and recreate the SSID, see if the new group lets you edit the SSID, and if it does, move the AP to the new group, and delete the old group. From what you indicate, if the buttons are not editable, it must be a bug in the Central backend. Do this test, and let us know.
Best regards

I am able to edit the SSID from both group and device level config, if you are able to make changes from group but not from AP level then check if this profile is mapped properly, if everything looks proper then open TAC case to debug the issue.

The AP is up and has a subscription.
This is happening on the specific AP rather than the group. The group only contains this AP, so I guess I could do it there instead, but though I should be able to do it at the AP level...

I am able to edit the SSID in my central, are you seeing this option greyed out from only this specific AP or all? Are you using any restricted user role to login?
Very if APs is up and have a valid subscription.
