Hi,

We 'accidently' connected new AP inside our own network and it got our configs. We've now managed to remove it from our Group and moved to Customers group.

However it has wrong VC name and it is a bit confusing. How do we rename that -> move to a different VC?

You should factory reset that specific IAP.  If you do not, it will cary the VC Key to another location and Airwave will think it is the same cluster.

To add to Colin's statement. Once the device is disconnected from a Central account, you can completely removed all the information present in that account by deleting it from the monitoring page.
