    Hi,

     

    I have ProCurve J4907A XL Gig-T/GBIC module in slot D and getting error message from my logs saying "chassis: Slot D: Msg loss detected - no ack for seq # 41580".

     

    I'm not sure if it's a hardware fault or need a software/firmware update. 

     

    Please help!
