  • 1.  Clarification required in GRE tunnel with guest solution

    We are going to deploy master/backup and DMZ controller setup for guest users. In our setup the user vlan will be there only in the DMZ segment .It will not be there in the Master contoller.

     

    We actually want , when the users connect t guest SSID , everything should be tunneled to DMZ controller and in DMZ only we are having DHCP server for users .

     

    So do we need to use L3 GRE tunnel between the controllers?

    We are having two controllers and we are using physical ip addresses for tunnel creation . And we need to use tunnel groups for tracking . But I have seen in forum that  L2 Gre tunnel is not supported with VIP.
