Hi guys Can someone help me in clearpass Here is my issue. I setup a maximum users to connect in one SSID. The username is allowed to use for 2 devices only. But now I already have already used this account in different devices so the third device is not allowed to login using the same username. My question is how do i reset the active users or the device count? please see below screenshot where the device count is 7. What do i need to do to reset it to 0? Thanks
