when I try to add an https certificate, I get this message, I know it would be necessary to enable it in the Trust List, but there I can't find this certificate to enable, should I get this certificate from somewhere else externally?

You need to add the Sectigo certs to the ClearPass trust list. Normally, when the certificate is signed and delivered a ca-bundle is added / or can be retrieved from the certificate provider.
