Does Clearpass-500 HW support redundant power supply ?

actually only the 25K supports a PSU.

On a 25K hardware appliance, how can you check if the secondary power supply is instered or not? 

I think the out of band mgmt softwares can help like HPE iLO or Dell iDRAC depending upon which flavor of HW you have
