I'm looking for a way to ensure that the value shown in the NAS-Port column of the Access Tracker no longer displays the port ID of the Juniper EX switch, but instead shows the readable port number.
Since the columns in Access Tracker are populated based on the information received in the RADIUS request, I assume this adjustment must be made on the switch.
However, I can't find any documentation explaining what needs to be changed so that the value "ge-0/0/23.0" is provided instead of "561".

    Used EX4000 firmware: 24.4R2.25

    Currently, it looks like this:

    Input tab of request details:
    Colums of Access Tracker:

    Does anyone have an idea?

    Thank you.
    Chris

Don't think you can change that, as in the RADIUS Dictionary the NAS-Port is defined as an integer (number), and NAS-Port-Id is a string (free form text).

The solution for this would be to add the NAS-Port-Id to the Access Tracker view in ClearPass, however that would be a feature request (Innovation Zone). I could not see this requested before, but it feels like a useful feature for ClearPass to maybe even have arbitrary columns in Access Tracker. Innovation Zone is accessible through the Networking Support Portal.
