  • 1.  ClearPass Air Group _ Apple TV Problem

    Hello Airheads Community ,

     

    We have a problem about the Air Group Configuration.

    We want to separate Apple TVs via location based but we have experienced a problem. 

    On the Access Tracker , we have observed that All Apple TVs are coming to WEBAUTH service.

    Should Apple TVs has to come Air Group Authorization Service ? ( Radius )

    It should come up on the Airgroup Authorization service.  Do you have "AirGroup CPPM enforce registration" enabled on your controller?

    Make sure the AirGroup Authorization Service is at the top of the service list.
