    Hi,

May I know what settings can I check? I try launch page in Clearpass Guest is worked.

I tried same network browse to that URL "https://X.X.X.X/guest/portal.php", will prompt "Page is not trusted..." then "Advanced" to proceed into that URL.
When I connect SSID, browser prompt & redirect to that URL but showing blank, is this cause by Certificate?

    Thanks.

Install a publicly trusted certificate on ClearPass and your controller/IAP to get rid of the certificate warnings.

If you have certificates installed, make sure you redirect and use the FQDN/CN that is in the certificate, like cppm.mycompany.com, not the IP address.

Many modern operating systems handle untrusted pages unreliably so make sure you don't see any warning that you need to click through during testing. I have multiple similar issues, and after installing valid certificates it just works. I would strongly advise investing any time in troubleshooting unless you have the basics set up properly.
