Please upgrade to a more recent and supported version of ClearPass. The 6.7 release is unsupported for some time and has known security weaknesses.
About your problem, please give the sponsor the 'Remove Accounts' rights to Full under the Operator profile. That permission seems required for sponsoring accounts.

Hi Guys.
I am running Clearpass 6.7.14 and have configured Guest Self Registration.
- The guest registers,
- and the email is sent out to the sponsor for approval
- However, when the Sponsor click on the link to approve the account, he gets redirected to the Create Guest Account Page.
I have followed the suggestions in the post below, but without any success.
