Has anyone ever seen 'known' endpoints randomly change to 'unknown'. The only other variable is that they were manually added. Endpoints that show as Profiled do not have the issue
Check your services and specifically enforcement profiles. Maybe there is an action to set an endpoint to unknown that is being matched when the device accesses the network?
